Kabul water supply (October 2002): evolution since the 1992-94 civil war
In this article we describe how the access to water for the inhabitants of Kabul was affected during the war. Which were the major problems the different international organisations had to face, in order to resume major projects, aimed to supply a large part of the town with drinking water.
